Theo Cook, Vice Principal and Senior Tutor

Theo has many years of training under his tool belt and has worked as a maker for some of the top designers in the world. We feel extremely privileged to have him as a partner and tutor here at robinson house studio.

Theo’s CV would make any maker envious; he was an apprentice for three years at Edward Barnsley’s workshop here in the UK, and worked for one year with James Krenov in the USA. Theo then went on to to supervise students at Barnsley’s and worked as a master craftsman for them before being whipped-up by design duo Senior & Carmichael, where he spent 9 years as their top maker, perfecting his skills.

Theo was recently profiled in The Woodworker & Good Woodworking magazine, April 2020. Read the article in our Latest News here.
