Next course: 27-28 April 2019 | 5-6 October 2019

If you have been thinking of a career change into furniture making or similar but not sure if it’s the right fit for you, then why not start with a couple of days at robinson house studio?

We will cover hand tools and there will be practical sessions on planing, sawing and chiseling – forming the ideal starting point for cutting and fitting accurate joints.

It is a no risk opportunity for you to have a go before committing to a longer course and we will refund the cost of the 2 day course on any 12 week or longer course booked.

Cost: £295

“Thank you for a great weekend. It was a pleasure and a privilege to spend time in your natural habitat and I hope I can learn more from you in the future. I feel totally invigorated and have been itching to get the chisels out and fine tune my joint.”
Zoe @ The Institute of Making, London
